Biographical Information
Born in
1956 to Polish/Ukrainian immigrants I have an older brother who got the small
nose and thick curly hair. I got the super fine hair and the big nose as well
as the childbearing hips, lucky me. In 1979 I met this drunk but merry chap one
night who happened to lock his keys in his car and needed some assistance. From
this developed a deep and meaningful
relationship, Gary and I got married in Canada by my uncle who just
happened to be a priest. Life is sweet for us, we had two daughters – Aranaea
DOB 1985 and Hayley-Jane DOB 1989 -
this kept our finances tied up for a few years, with school fees,
ballet, piano, cello, flute, violin and so on.
But finally the children became self sufficient and we became free to
pursue our desire of exploring Australia.
I was hoping to do this before my hair became grey but now I am a true
to colour nomad, a “Grey Nomad”.
